Let's TALK For Sale By Owner AND Tax Credit CHANGES that will give just about EVERYONE a PIECE of the PIE!

We are offering our home for sale by owner.  This creates a savings to the buyer in that our price will not have to reflect the realestate commission owed an agent for listing and selling our home.  What this will mean and the GREAT NEWS for a buyer is a lower price! Another great thing about a for sale by owner is that you can negotiate your own deal with us without middle people looking out for their pockets.  Sorry to be so blunt, but it's true that with a "just us" relationship with or without a lender, a home can easily be sold without a middle person.

I am so excited to say too that ISurfHopkinsCo.com has posted an article about the tax credit for home buyers. According to this article there are some NEW KEY FEATURES:
1. It's not just for new home buyers, but current home owners can purchase a primary residence with the credit.
2. The credit is based on 10% of purchase price. This will equal $6,500 which is the max given on the home owner purchase and up to $8,500 for the first time buyer, but since it's still based on sales price~it will be $6,500 as well.
