Centrally located to major cities: Nashville, TN; St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL; and Louisville, KY; this tiny berg is nestled right up to Madisonville, KY~The Best Town on Earth~without all the hustle of bustle! Earlington boasts a city park on Loch Mary a scenic sultry spring fed lake with fishing and a nice park for residents to enjoy. It's a one-light town, which makes getting to other areas very fast. For just a short ride, you can go to the Pennyrile Forest State Park for recreation that has gorgeous land formations of rocks interfacing with a natural habitat of trees and forest. Gorgeous fall seasons are amazing when you travel down Hwy 41 from Madisonville as the trees around the lake are full of color! This is the community of our gorgeous victorian home. The home is colonial revival style~it's L-shaped front porch has been enclosed to house many different uses. We used it as an office with storage. In the past, owners have had businesses from a craft shop to a surveyor's office. We enjoyed the space for the office and my craft cabinets.
